  • Honestly, every home and joinery is different, sometimes requiring a custom solution that only experience can offer. It is always best to make contact for a Free onsite consultation so we can show you our products to find the best solution for that space.

  • Unfortunately, not—we know some folks are clever clogs, but we strongly recommend professional installation. Unlike DIY options, Speedy Screens are custom-built to fit your space. This ensures smooth operation and avoids issues like misaligned tracks or mesh damage.

  • Budget or DIY screens often suffer from:

    • Sagging mesh

    • Misaligned or stiff tracks

    • Blowouts in wind

    Speedy Screens are different: they’re engineered with reinforced tracks, high-quality mesh, and are professionally installed. You’ll also get local after-sales service and ongoing support.

  • Yes. All our screens are built to last. The client has to play their part, obviously with maintenance and cleaning, but we assess each home before we recommend our products. We even offer tear & paw-resistant mesh options for those instances where homes with more energetic kids or pets may be present.

  • Absolutely. Some screens hold up better than others on larger openings. Get in touch and we will find the best solution for your space.

  • Not at all. Most mesh options are designed to be as unobtrusive as possible, preserving your outlook and airflow. Our clearguard® security door option blocks a little bit of sunlight, but is a great product if the client wants privacy.

  • Yes! Most of our products are pet-friendly. We can even incorporate a pet door into our screens.
